Alex personally runs every introductory assessment. The brief is simple: understand the body and the life it lives in, then build a plan that respects both. Years of one-on-one coaching taught him that programs built in spreadsheets fail people built in real life — so the assessment always comes first.

Is the introductory session really free?

Yes. The Start Pass includes one personal training session at no charge so you can test the room, the kit and the coaching style before committing to a membership.

Who runs the initial assessment?

Head coach Alex Pásztor leads every onboarding assessment personally. That keeps standards consistent and gives you a real read on the gym before you join.

Can I switch coaches if the fit isn't right?

Absolutely. Coach matching is part of the assessment, and we'd rather move you than have you train with the wrong person. Tell the front desk and we'll re-match you.

Do I have to know how to lift before I start?

Not at all. The majority of new members arrive with little or no gym experience. Coaching for beginners is the core of what Struve Fitness Prime does.
