Pick a starting line, not a category.

Tracks are coaching shapes — group size, cadence, and what the coach is watching for. Your assessment decides which one fits; you decide whether it stays.

How a track starts.

Four steps from first message to a plan that lives in your pocket — designed so a brand-new member never has to guess what happens next.

  1. Free assessment

A head coach sits down with you to map fitness baseline, training history, and any medical notes worth knowing.

  2. Coach match

Within 24 hours we suggest a coach whose style and schedule actually fit yours — not whoever has a free slot.

  3. First session, free

Your start pass includes a real session, not a sales walk-around. You leave with a draft plan you helped shape.

  4. Plan in Sportmate

Sessions, training notes, and rebookings live in Sportmate. Reschedule from your phone when the week shifts.

Common questions

What new members ask before they pick a track.

Which program is right if I have never set foot in a gym?

First Eight Weeks. It is paced for absolute beginners, the group is small enough that a coach watches every rep, and you finish it ready to choose between Coached Strength or Mobility & Cardio depending on what you enjoyed most.

Can I move between programs?

Yes. Programs are not separate memberships — they are coaching tracks inside the same membership. Once a track ends, your coach helps you pick the next one based on what your body actually responded to.

What if my schedule is unpredictable?

Every track has rebooking room built into Sportmate. If you book a week ahead and the week falls apart, you can shift sessions inside the same week without losing them. 1:1 Coaching is designed around that exact problem.

Do I need to disclose medical history?

Only what you are comfortable sharing, and only with the head coach during your assessment. It stays with coaching and never appears in marketing or member-facing notes — but it is what lets us program safely around an injury or condition.

Start with the assessment. Pick the track after.

Twenty minutes with a head coach is enough to see which track is the honest fit. The first session that follows is on us — the Start Pass covers it.
