01Is the first session really free?
Yes. Every membership starts with a complimentary 1:1 session with a head coach. There's no charge for the assessment, the tour, or the training itself — and no obligation to continue if it isn't the right fit.
02Do I have to commit for a year?
No. Memberships run month to month. You can pause Core for up to four weeks a year (handy for travel or a busy work stretch) and switch tiers any time after the first month.
03How does the Sportmate side of things work?
We hand you a Sportmate profile during the Start Pass. It's where you book sessions, track attendance, and read the notes your coach leaves between visits. If you've used Sportmate elsewhere, your existing account links to ours.
04What if I'm coming back from an injury?
Bring it up in the assessment. Our head coach reviews medical history before any programming starts, and we'll adjust the plan — or coordinate with your physio — so you're loading safely from session one.
05Can I switch coaches later?
Always. We match you based on goals and schedule, but personality matters too. Tell the front desk or message us via Sportmate, and we'll re-match without making it awkward.
